Brand Name: Coffee³, Efficent / Portable / Eco-Friendly
Our logo is designed to capture people's attention when they see Coffee³. People don't think about coffee being in a cube so it draws their curiosity to see what the product is really about. Our story and mission combined with our delicious, portable, and Eco-Friendly Coffee, captures our customer base.

We initially weren't able to register our Brand Name because someone already had a trademark for it. However, we adapted our brand name to what we value the most in our coffee, efficiency, portability, and eco-friendliness. Under the new brand name, we were able to register our logo. We have also registered a number of key terms related to our business which can be found on the slideshow on the left. The PTO database was difficult to use but when we got the message,
we were glad
to see that
the specific trademarks we had searched for did not exist. In the end we were able to trademark key slogans related to our business.

It is available to use and we will be using our social media platforms to gain customers and advertise our products. We plan on gathering a following on Instagram and Twitter to market to commuters traveling to work everyday. More of a following we have the quickly our product is going to spread. The key is to target major businesses that will buy their employees coffee, its quick, efficient, portable, and eco-friendly which means less time making coffee and more time working.In the state of New York, there is no other company that has a similar name an there will be no confusion between Coffee³ and any other competitors. I am extremely confident that our business or product name will not be contested because our trademarks and logo is so unique that no company even comes close to our design and trademarks

Coffee³ is planning on patenting its process of creating a dissolvable cube from coffee beans. This highly advanced process is one of a kind that allows or our cubes to be portable and eco-friendly
