Property Contract
Coffee³ has a contract with our landlord to lay out the terms of the lease. This lease is for both manufacturing and storage plants. In exchange for our monthly payment, our landlord gives us the right to make changes to the building as we see fit. This could be breaking down walls to make space for storage racks or adding a loading dock for our manufacturing plant. Coffee³ also got the right to terminate the lease whenever we want, warrant we need to give them a year notice
Supplier Contract
We have a supplier contract between our supplier Coffee Bean Express and Coffee³ The purpose of this contract is to supply Coffee³ with 100 pounds of coffee grinds per day. Breach of this supply is a violation of the contract and Coffee³ has the right to bring legal action. These contracts are extremely important in business because it holds both the supply accountable and to make sure you are getting what you pay for.
Marketing Contract
Coffee³ has a contract with our CMO to lay out the terms of the employee's role in our company. The purpose of this contract is to hold our employees to a high standard. Our CMO must have the marketing department create two promotions a month as well as design new packaging for the launch of our new products
Employee Contract
Coffee³ has an employment contract with all of its employees to fully cover the standards of their job. The contract gives us the right to fire someone not meeting the standards of the job as well as adjust pay salaries as needed
